According to safety officials, the school and students are still under no threat due to the fire. Therefore, school is scheduled to resume on regular schedule Tuesday, September 5th.
Because of the closure of Bear Creek Road, the Bus 3 route will be suspended until further notice. Students of families impacted by evacuations are not expected to attend school and arrangements will be made to accomadate their absence once evacuations are lifted.
We will continue to keep students inside because of the air quality. There will be no outside activities or athletics until further notice.
We are working closely with the Office of Emergency Services and will continue to monitor the situation. If there are any further developments we will post information here and do our best to notify parents and the community.
